Every SHYM piece is checked, folded and wrapped by hand before it leaves us. Here is exactly what to expect.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared the next business day.
Delivery times
Estimated transit time once your parcel has been dispatched:

Shipping cost
- Free shipping on all orders of £30 or more (or the equivalent in your local currency).
- United Kingdom: £1.99 on orders below the free-shipping threshold.
- United States, European Union, Australia and India: £2.99 on orders below the free-shipping threshold.

Duties and taxes
All duties and taxes are included in the price you pay. There is nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives.
