What is your silk made from?

Every piece is 100% pure mulberry silk. Our sleep caps are made in a substantial 19 momme double-layer construction, with hand-rolled, finished edges.

Is silk suitable for sensitive skin?

Silk is a natural protein fibre, naturally hypoallergenic and resistant to dust mites, which is why it suits sensitive and acne-prone skin. It is smooth against skin and hair, reducing friction overnight.

What size is the sleep cap?

The cap has an adjustable elastic band and a dome-top design that stays secure overnight without pulling at the hairline. It is available in styles for short and long hair — see the Size & Fit Guide on the product page.

How do I care for my silk?

Hand wash cool with a pH-neutral detergent, dry flat away from direct sunlight, and iron on the lowest setting if needed. Full instructions are in our Care Guide.

How long until my order is dispatched?

Within 1–2 business days.

How long does delivery take?

United Kingdom and European Union: 3–5 business days. United States: 5–7 business days. Australia: 5–8 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders of £30 or more. Below that, it is £1.99 within the United Kingdom and £2.99 to the United States, European Union, Australia and India.

Will I pay customs duties or taxes?

No. All duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout.

How do I track my order?

What is your returns policy?
